Changing and canceling the order:
– For a trip within Moscow: no less than 2 hours in advance;
– For a trip more than 10 km to Moscow Oblast: no less than 4 hours in advance.
Payment as per restricted hour rate scheme for trips around the city includes:
– Fee for the delivery of vehicle (1 hour of work);
– The minimum number of hours charged (the minimum order);
– Payment for overtime (restricted hour fare multiplied by the number of hours).
Combined scheme
Combined scheme for trips across, outside of the city and long-distance trips of more than 100 km one way:
– Fee for the delivery of vehicle (1 hour of work);
– Restricted hour fare for a car, when working around the city (downtime + around the city);
– Upon entering the area outside the Moscow Ring Road, payment is made depending on amount of kilometers traveled (a distance from the Moscow Ring Road to the destination + a return trip to Moscow).
When traveling outside the Moscow Ring Road (less than 100 km one way), the minimum order plus double the amount of kilometers outside of the Moscow Ring Road is paid.
Freight forwarding
Cost of services is 80 RUB per hour.
Freight mover services
Cost of services is 380 RUB per hour.
The minimum order is 4 hours, without adding extra charges for levels.
When ordering freight mover services outside of the Moscow Ring Road, an additional 1 hour is charged.
Assembly, disassembly, packaging and placement services in the premises are to be paid separately.

- The contract allows you to optimize transport costs (VAT, special prices).
- Corporate taxi orders under the contract are accepted without advances and deposits.
- At your request, we divide the orders of the departments for the convenience of cost control.
- Bank transfer payment is made in accordance with the terms of the contract for the trips of the past month. Invoices are sent by e-mail no later than the 5th day of the new month.
