  • HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE COST OF THE TRIP?

    • A fare calculator can be found on our website in the Fares section. Our fares for airport transfers (for meeting and seeing people off) in Moscow are fixed. Trips around the city are calculated based on the time spent in accordance with the selected fare.

  • HOW CAN I ORDER A TAXI?

      You can order a taxi around the clock:

  • HOW IS THE ORDER CONFIRMED?

    • The order is confirmed with an SMS message sent to the passenger’s mobile number. If necessary, confirmation may be sent to an e-mail address of the passenger or person in charge.
  • WHAT ARE THE ORDER CANCELLATION RULES?

    • If an order for a Comfort and a Business class car is canceled, at least 1 hour before the requested trip is required and compensation will be charged for the minimum order amount. Cancellation of an order for a Class VIP car, minibus or bus can be done without compensation, so long as it is canceled no later than 24 hours before the requested trip takes place.
  • WHERE DOES THE DRIVER MEET THE PASSENGER AT THE AIRPORT?

    • The driver shall wait for the passenger in the arrivals lounge with a sign. A noticeable MARTEX sign (in A4 format, with a yellow background) with the name of your company or passenger’s last name is used by default. Please, specify the desired content of the sign when placing an order. We do not bother our customers with calls, and only send an SMS-message to notify of the car’s arrival when meeting them at the airport. If 20 minutes has lapsed since the start of the order, and the driver and the passenger fail to meet, we will contact the passenger by his/her mobile phone number provided when placing an order. There is 1 hour of free wait time at the airport. Parking at the airport shall be paid separately.
    • According to the Customer’s choice, we can meet passengers at the airport based on the preliminary agreement by phone. We kindly ask that you warn the operator about the meeting format when placing an order.
  • IS THERE ANY TAXI SIGNAGE ON YOUR CARS?

    • There are no taxi signs, branding and advertisements on Martex cars. No radio is used in our cars. Our cars are mostly classic colors (black, white, silver). A trip with us is a trip just like in a personal car with a driver.
  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE TRIP BY A CREDIT CARD?

    • You can pay for the trip by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When ordering, please be sure to inform the operator about payment by card.
  • HOW CAN I GET ACCESS TO MY PROFILE?

    • To access My Profile, contact the manager by phone on (495) 660-21-54 or by e-mailinfo3@zz.ru, info1@zz.ru Provide a mobile phone number to get your login and password to log into My Profile.
  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A MEETING WITH A SIGN?

    • At your request, our driver can meet the passenger at the airport, railway station, hotel or any other desired location with a sign. Our MARTEX signs can include a plate with the name of your company or your name in Russian or in English. Please specify the sign content when placing your order. The sign is provided free of charge.
  • IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE CAR?

    • Smoking in the car is not permitted. At your request, the driver can pull over and you will be able to smoke in the open air outside.
